BEEF CASSEROLE DISH



(Takes: 45 minutes (15 min prep, 30 min cooking)
(Makes: 6 Servings)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1 clove garlic 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 to 1/2 cup chili sauce
1 (16 ounce) can green beans, drained
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation:
1. Brown ground beef and onions, drain off excess fat.
2. Add in remaining ingredients except potatoes and cheese.
3. Mix thoroughly and pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
4. Spread mashed potatoes on top of meat mixture.
5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
6. Sprinkle cheese over top and cook for another 15 minutes.
7. To make and freeze: Freeze with cheese attached in separate bag.
8. When thawed, bake as instructed above.
