1 oz Creme de cacao or Kahlua

Shake with crushed ice and
strain into cocktail glass.

BAILEYS IRISH CREAM

This is the easiest recipe and
the results are always delicious.
It is also very cost effective.
I prefer to omit the coffee.

(Makes: 5-6 x 750ml Bottles)

3 tins Nestle Condensed Milk
3 tins Carnation Evaporated Milk
3 x 300m Bulla Thickened Cream
1 x 250g blocks Cadbury Chocolate
6 tsp Vanilla Essence
700ml Scotch
Optional - 1 tsp Coffee

Melt chocolate in a double saucepan.
Heat condensed milk and gradually
stir into melted chocolate.
Mixture will become lumpy, don't worry,
just blend until smooth in an electric blender.
Allow to cool. In a very large bowl mix chocolate
with remaining ingredients. Pour into empty,
cleaned scotch bottles and refrigerate at all times.

sugar as it melts quickly.

1/3 Graf's Frnkische Pflaume
1/3 Creme de Noyeaux

chilled sugar rimmed cocktail glass.

Christminti:
1/3 Stoli Vanil
1/3 White Creme de Cacao
1/3 Green Creme de Menthe

Shake over ice and strain into
a chilled cocktail glass.

------------------------------------------------------

EASY PUNCH

Use any flavor of drink mix. One variation
is to freeze the punch overnight and
then set it out an hour before the event.
You can also add fresh strawberries
to float in it and make an ice ring
with frozen strawberries which
will keep this cold all day!

(Makes: 50 Servings)

Ingredients:
4 (0.13 ounce) packages unsweetened
strawberry-flavored drink mix powder
(Brand Used: Kool-Aid)
2 (46 fluid ounce) cans pineapple juice
3 cups white sugar
4 quarts water
2 liters ginger ale

Preparation:
In a large punch bowl combine drink mix,
pineapple juice, sugar and water.
Stir until dissolved.
Stir in the ginger ale.

Tips:
Mix the kool-aid, sugar and
water first then add other juices.
This way the sugar dissolves better.

This recipe can be halved and altered.
By only adding 1 cup of sugar vs. 1.5 cups,
4 cups of water, and an entire 2 liter
of ginger ale to cut down the sweetness. Yum!
