HUNGARIAN SALAMI & POTATO BAKE



Ingredients:
2 diced potatoes cooked
1 x 200g Hungarian Salami, diced
1 Onion
1 tsp crushed garlic
chopped parsley
grated cheese
sliced tomato
paprika

White Sauce:
25g melted butter
Add 50g flour
Mix in 600ml milk

Preparation:
Sweat off in a pan with a little oil, potatoes, salami, onion, garlic & parsley.
Add white sauce and mix in well.
Pour into dish and top with grated cheese, tomato and paprika.
Bake at 180C (350F for about 15 minutes).
