(Makes: 2 Servings)<br><br>

<u>Ingredients</u>:<br>
filter coffee for two<br>
4 TBS whiskey<br>
2 TSP sugar<br>
2 Irish coffee glasses or large wine glasses<br>
125ml cream, slightly whipped so that it can still pour<br>
      grated chocolate, hot chocolate or Milo<br><br>

<u>Preparation</u>:<br>

Whip the cream earlier and have it ready in the fridge. <br>
Make filter coffee for two.<br>
Add 2 TBS of whiskey and 1 TSP of sugar each into the glasses. <br>
Pour in the coffee and stir to dissolve the sugar and distribute the whiskey. <br>
Slowly pour the cream over the back of a dessert spoon into the glasses making sure the cream doesn't mix into the coffee. <br>
Sprinkle over the chocolate of your choice and serve immediately!<br><br>
