(Makes: About 36 Truffles)<br><br>
                                
<u>Ingredients:</u><br>
1/3 cup Thickened Cream<br>
300g Milk Chocolate, chopped<br>
1 tbs Chocolate Liqueur<br><br>

<u>Preparation:</u><br>
Place ingredients in a pan and stir over low heat until combined.<br>
Refrigerate until the mixture is quite firm.<br>
Fill into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe the mixture into small foil cups.<br>
Refrigerate overnight.<br><br>
