LIQUEUR TRUFFLES
(Makes: About 36 Truffles)
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Thickened Cream
300g Milk Chocolate, chopped
1 tbs Chocolate Liqueur
Preparation:
Place ingredients in a pan and stir over low heat until combined.
Refrigerate until the mixture is quite firm.
Fill into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe the mixture into small foil cups.
Refrigerate overnight.
