MICROWAVE WHITE WINE SAUCE
MICROWAVE WHITE WINE SAUCE



Excellent over chicken cordon bleu or any vegetable.

(Makes about 2 cups (500 ml)

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Flour
Pinch each of salt, pepper, nutmeg
1/2 cup Chicken stock
1/2 cup White wine
1 cup Cream
1 tsp Onion flakes or minced onion


Preparation:
Melt butter in a 4-cup (1 L) glass measure
on High for 20 to 30 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients and whisk together.

Cook on High for about 3-5 min. or until thickened,
stirring carefully after each minute.
