1 pound dried pasta, cooked and drained
8 ounces lean ground beef
1 large chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 cups water
1 1/3 cups(12 ounce can of Tomato Paste)
1/3 cup red wine
1 tablespoon beef bouillon
2 teaspoons dried Italian Herb Seasoning
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Combine meat, onion and garlic in large saucepan.
Cook over medium high heat, stirring to break up meat
for about 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Drain. Stir in water, tomato paste, wine, bouillon, Italian Herb Seasoning and salt.
Cook stirring occasionally for about 10 to 15 minutes or until flavours are blended. Serve with cooked pasta and grated cheese.
