SPINACH DIP
Ingredients:
1 package frozen chopped spinach
1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
2 scallions (green onions) - chopped fine
1 cup water chestnuts - cut into pieces
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
Preparation:
Thaw the spinach and squeeze out the water.
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate.
Serve with pumpernickel bread
